The Super League Advisory Committee will be composed of club docs and league officials. Tier 1 clubs will have a vote on the committee. 

The committee's responsibilities include: 

• Advise the league on maintaining and advancing Super League standards. 
• Enforce the current standards.
• Set and issue fines for clubs violating the standards, rules and policies.  
• Review new applicants.
• Meet regularly based on committee consensus.
