Super League Membership

Super League Membership 

All of the requirements for General Membership in the WPL must be met as well as the standards outlined below

  • Clubs must have a minimum of 10 teams registered in the WPL to apply for admittance in the Super League with at least 3 teams qualified to play at the Super League level. 
  • Clubs must have a Director of Coaching who holds a United Soccer Coaches Advanced National diploma, or a US Soccer National “C” License, or United Soccer Coaches  Director of Coaching Diploma (or a plan to achieve this level within 11 months of admittance into the Super League). 
  • Super League head coaches must have a minium of a United Soccer Coaches National Diploma, or higher. 
  • Clubs must be able to show proof of having quality fields to play matches on.  
  • Clubs must have a Developmental plan for their Club and Players. Link to a Sample Develop program coming soon.
  • Clubs must have a minimum level of personnel to handle all club related issues including 
    • Director of Coaching 
    • Club President or Club Director 
    • Registrar 
    • Field Assignor/Scheduler 
    • Administrative Lead 
    • Referee Assignor 
    • Webmaster 
    • Treasurer
